Recipe Ingredients for banana oat muffun

2 bananas, mashed
3/4 c buttermilk
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp canola oil
1 c oats
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for banana oat muffun

Combine bananas, buttermilk, sugar, egg, and oil. Add oats. in another bowl, combine remaining ingriedients. Add wet to dry, stir until just mixed. Place in greased muffin tin and bake 25 minutes at 375.
