Low fat muffins with whole wheat flour and rolled oats

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat muffins

1 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Graham Flour
60 grams Quick Quaker Oats
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce
24 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
9 tbsp Egg Whites
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat muffins

  1. mix all dry ingredients.

  2. mix all wet ingredients.

  3. make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the wet.

  4. mix until moistened.

  5. fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
