Recipe Ingredients for banana oat muffins

6 egg whites
1 1/2 c bananas
1/4 c sugar
1/8 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 scoop protein powder
1 1/2 c old fashioned oats

Recipe Directions for banana oat muffins

  1. Mix everything but the protein powder adn the oats completely

  2. add protein powder (i prefer chocolate) and oat mix till just blended

  3. bake 350 for 25 min
