Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Muffins

1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1 c quaker oats
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 egg
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c skim milk
1 c mashed banana
1 t vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. In separate bowl beat egg, then stir in remaining wet ingredients.

  3. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined

  4. Fill muffin cups to top

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400
