2 bananas
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 whole egg
2 tbl canola oil
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat the oven to 375F. Spray or oil muffin tins. Pour wet ingredients into dry. Bake until golden brown and springy; about 25 minutes.
