Banana Oat Muffins made a bit healthier!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup Almond breeze
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Muffins

  1. Combine flour,oats,Splenda,baking powder and soda.

  2. In a large bowl,beat egg slightly. Stir in Almond Breeze,applesauce and vanilla.Add mashed banana and combine thoroughly. Stir into flour mixture until just combined.

  3. Divide the batter among 12 bake cups.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
