Moist banana oat muffins made with whole wheat flour and no fat. Serve warm with butter, peanutbutter, or honey.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Muffins

2 1/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour
2 c. Oats
1 c. Applesauce
7 oz. Greek Yogurt, fat free, plain
2 tbsp. Molasses
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Sugar
3 Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Muffins

Preheat oven to 350. Line 18 Muffin cups. Cream all wet ingedients with sugar, reserving 1 banana, in a mixer. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spoon muffin batter into lined cups, filling 3/4 of the way full. Peel and dice reserved banana. Sprinkle a few chunks on top of each muffin. Bake 20-25 minutes.
