Recipe Ingredients for Banana oat muffins

1.5 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
6 tsp Sweetener
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2.5 oz Eggs
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 cup Natural Classic Flavors
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup, mashed Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana oat muffins

  1. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, Splenda.

  2. In a large bowl beat egg slightly. Mix in vanilla, milk and applesauce. Add mashed banana and mix well.

  3. Add flour mixture to banana mixture Until just combined.

  4. Line 12 cup muffin pan with Paper bake cups and decide mixture among them.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 to 20 min.
