Recipe Ingredients for banana oat muffin

1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
6 ripe bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for banana oat muffin

  1. blend until fluffy the sugar and oil

  2. add egg then bananas

  3. mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl and then add to wet mixture until just wet

  4. fold in chips

  5. fill 24 well greased muffin tins 3/4 full

  6. bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes
