Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Molasses cookies

1 banana
1 c. oats
1/4 c. millet
1 tbs molasses
1 tbs flax seed
1 tbs chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Molasses cookies

  1. Mix flax seed with 2 Tablespoons of water. Let set for a few minutes.

  2. Mash banana

  3. Chop chocolate chips into small pieces

  4. Stir all ingredients together

  5. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Note that these cookies will not spread.

  6. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
