Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Mini muffins

2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Organics Applesauce
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.13 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Mini muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients in 1 bowl. (except oats and wheat germ)

  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

  3. Mix wet and dry together. Then add oats and wheat germ.

  4. Bake in oil spray mini muffin liners for 18 min on 350
