Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Breakfast Cookie

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 bananas
1 3/4 cups rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Breakfast Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. Cream together the yogurt and sugar. Add egg, banana, and oatmeal. Mix well.

  4. Add dry ingredients, mix well and drop by the teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until edges turn lightly brown.
