Called breakfast cake because it can pass for a full meal (with a full protein and two kinds of fresh fruit) but can be served as dessert after lunch or dinner as well!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana-oat Breakfast Cake

4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Blueberries
2 cup dry Whole Oat Groats
4 oz Honey Squeezable
1 cup Slivered Almonds
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana-oat Breakfast Cake

  1. Mash bananas until smooth.

  2. Mix in oats, then honey, then cinnamon, then almonds.

  3. Gently fold in blueberries.

  4. Pour mixture into pie pan.

  5. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven, let cool, then cover.
