1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 bananas
1/2 tablespoon Smart Balance spread
