Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Bran Muffin

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 c up Organic Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
20 g Molasses
1 medium Egg, Whole
3 large Egg, White
1 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
0.29 cup Brown Sugar
2 cup Oat Bran
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
2 oz Raisins, Seedless
4/5 oz Crystallized Ginger

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Bran Muffin

  1. Mix banana, yogurt, oil, eggs, applesauce and vanilla

  2. Add brown sugar and mix well

  3. Combine oat bran, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, mix and then add to other and mix

  4. Add raisins and ginger, mix

  5. Place in greased muffin pan

  6. Bake 375 for 16-20 minutes
