Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Bars

3/4 c Butter
1 c Sugar Light Brown
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups Bananas
4 cups uncooked regular oats
1 c raisins
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Bars

  1. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, salt and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F one hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

  2. Yields 24 bars
