Sugar free butter free, healthy banana hazelnut loaf with wheatgerm and spelt flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Wheatgerm Loaf (no butter no sugar)

1 medium banana Bananas
250 grams Fage Flair Cottage Cheese
1 extra large Egg, Whole
25 grams Raisins, Seedless
50 grams Hazelnuts Or Filberts
1/4 cup Organic Spelt Flour
10 grams Natural WheatGerm
2 serving Elite Whey Protein Isolate (Rich Chocolate)

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Wheatgerm Loaf (no butter no sugar)

  1. 1. Blend wet ingredients

  2. 2. In separate bowl grind nuts to fine powder (or as desired) and raisins. Mix in protein powder, wheatgerm, spelt flour and baking soda.

  3. 3. Add dry ingredients to wet.

  4. 4. Line a suitable rectangular cooking tray with a bit of cooking spray oil.

  5. 5. Bake for about 30 mins in 180 degrees Celsius.
