Banana nut muffins with a protein boost.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana nut protein muffins

1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 large bananas
3/4 cup canola oil
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tbs flax seeds
2 scoops Whey protein
1/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana nut protein muffins

Mix sugar, eggs, bananas and oil together until fluffy. Separately, mix remainder of ingredients together. Add dry mix into wet, stir until just combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
