Recipe Ingredients for banana nut protein bran muffins

3 cups bran
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 large bananas
1 cup 2% milk
2 tbl ICBINB! Light (Soft)
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbl ground flax seed
5 tbl honey
350 g whey protein powder
1/2 cup pecans
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for banana nut protein bran muffins

  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. mash very ripe bananas

  3. add melted ICBINB light

  4. add milk and egg

  5. add bran and whole wheat flour

  6. add protein

  7. add baking powder, flax seed, and pecans

  8. add honey

  9. mix all ingredients, let sit for 10 min, it will get more liquified

  10. spray muffin pan w light butter spray

  11. add mixtures, fill each muffin slot to top

  12. put in middle rack of oven for 18 min.

  13. do not overcook, will be very dry if overcooked, take out when just undercooked, it will be moist.

  14. keep in a sealed container, lasts 5 or so days

  15. better if warmed for 10 sec in micro when eaten
