I love to replace eggs with bananas and in this recipe it make for a very tasty pancake!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana nut pancakes

1 cup Bisquick heart smart
1/2 cup skim milk
1 banana
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana nut pancakes

  1. Mash Banana with a fork

  2. Mix together walnuts and Bisquick

  3. Stir in the banana a little

  4. Stir in milk to get your desired consistency, use less milk for thicker pancakes, do not stir too much or your pancakes will be tough

  5. Cook in skillet or on griddle like regular pancakes flipping when it bubbles and the edges start to look dry
