Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Nut Oatmeal Muffins (Cooks.com)

8 oz chopped walnuts
2 cups oats
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 large bananas or 2 cups mashed
1 cup Lowfat Buttermilk
1 cup honey
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Banana-Nut Oatmeal Muffins (Cooks.com)

Mix walnuts, oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, mash bananas and add milk, honey, oil and egg until blended. Stir banana mixture into flour just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy). Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
