Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Oat Bread

3 cup dry mix Muffin Mix
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 serving starbucks mixed nuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Oat Bread

I use the low-fat Kroger brand oat bran muffin mix, add 2 mashed bananas and 1 cup water. Then I bake it all together in a bunt pan with 1/4 c. crushed mixed nuts (or just walnuts) sprinkled in the top before you pour the batter. Easy and delish.
