Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Nut Oat Bran Muffins

2 1/4 cups oat bran cereal
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/4 cup skim milk
2 mashed bananas
4 oz. Egg Beaters
3 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Banana-Nut Oat Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  3. Mix milk, bananas, egg and oil in separate bowl, then add to dry ingredients and blend.

  4. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups and fill with batter

  5. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
