Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Nut Muffins (whole wheat, low sugar)

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Egg Beaters
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 tbsp Blue Agave
1 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
0.33 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
0.5 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 cup Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Banana-Nut Muffins (whole wheat, low sugar)

Mash bananas and combine with all wet ingredients in small bowl. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add wet to dry and stir, along with nuts, until just moistened. Divide into baking tin or cups. Bake at 350 F for 17-20 minutes. Remove from baking tins after 5 minutes.
