Small muffin, recipe is super easy - great for when you have ripe bananas

Recipe Ingredients for Banana nut muffins

3.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.75 tsp Salt, Table
1 large Egg, Whole
0.75 cup White Flour, Unbleached
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana nut muffins

Mix wet ingredients together and mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. The add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Put in greased muffin tins by spoonful and bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees
