Recipe Ingredients for Banana nut muffins

1.5 cup Organic Unbleached White Flour
0.5 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 cup Raw Walnuts
2 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal
5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 cup, packed Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Banana nut muffins

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately, then combine with dry. Divide into 12 muffin cups, bake at 375 for 18 minutes.
