Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Muffins

1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup pecans
1 banana

Mix ingred, dry then at wet. Bake 400, 15 min.
