Recipe Ingredients for BANANA NUT MUFFINS

3 bananas
1/3 c butter
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for BANANA NUT MUFFINS

  1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. with a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  3. mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  4. sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture and mix in.

  5. add the flour, mix until it is just incorporated.

  6. fold in the choped walnuts.

  7. pour mixture inbto a prepared muffin tin.

  8. bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
