the BEST, although not THE BEST for you now that I analyzed it. These are the fluffiest best BN muffins ever.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Muffins

1 1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
3 medium bananas
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
6 tblsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Muffins

  1. mix dry goods together- flours, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.

  2. Mash bananas, add sugar, egg, veg oil, blend.

  3. Add the dry mixture to the wet and blend just till thoroughly moistened, do not over mix. Add nuts.

  4. Fill greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
