Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Muffins

4 bananas
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix butter and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  3. Add the baking soda and flour, then fold in walnuts.

  4. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
