Banana/walnut muffins made with Splenda instead of sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut muffins

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. beat banana, splenda, vanilla, and egg

  3. add applesauce.

  4. combine with dry ingredients.

  5. bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes
