My wheat banana muffins (50% white/50% wheat)

Recipe Ingredients for banana nut muffins

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 large egg
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 banana
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for banana nut muffins

  1. Mix the wet ingredients together (sugar, margarine, egg, banana and milk)

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together (flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt)

  3. Add crushed nuts to the wet mix

  4. Pour the wet into the dry and fold for 15 seconds and leave alone.

  5. Prepare a muffin tray by either greasing it or with paper cups.

  6. Fill muffin tins with the mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins.
