whole wheat flour, bananas, raisins, walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Muffins

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 bananas
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp raisins
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Muffins

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients together

  3. Spray muffin liner with nonstick spray and dallop 1/6th of mixture in each muffin hole

  4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes

  5. Let it cool before serving
