You could probably drop some of the brown sugar and substitute it with honey

Recipe Ingredients for Banana nut muffins

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup, packed(220 g) Sugars, Brown
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup, chopped Pecans

Recipe Directions for Banana nut muffins

  1. First add all the dry ingredients. Add banana, sugar and mix on high for 3 min. Then add eggs and beat. Mix everything together and put into to muffins forms. bake in the middle on 375 F. for 15 to 20 min

  2. Came over this recipe after i forgot to add margarin... They acutually turned out better without the margarin :)

  3. BTW i added some cranberries yummy!
