1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 dash Salt, Table
1 serving Baking Powder
3 serving Halves and Pieces Walnuts
1 serving Pure Vanilla Extract
8 serving erythritol

Recipe Directions for banana nut muffin

Blend wet ingredients, then mix in erythritol. Incorporate dry with wet, including walnuts. Divide into 9 muffins and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
