Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Loaf

2 eggs, whisked
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp almonds, slivered
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Loaf

  1. Grease loaf pan and pre-heat over to 350 degrees.

  2. Whisk eggs in one bowl, mash bananas in another and combine in large bowl. Separately, combine dry ingredients then combine with wet, without over-mixing.

  3. Pour into loaf pan and bake on middle rack for 50-60 min until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
