Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Flax Muffins

2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Organic Oat Flour
3 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.75 cup Chopped Walnuts
8 oz Demerara Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
7 medium banana Organic Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Flax Muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

  3. Allow to cool completely
