Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread

5 bananas
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon water
2 cups flour
1/2 cup toasted walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread

Mash bananas- beat in sugars, egg, water, and butter. Stir in flour and nuts. Bake in bread pan at 350* for about 45 minutes. Can also make in muffin tin.
