1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 egg
2 bananas
3 tbsp canola oil
3/10 cup half and half
1/4 cup flax seed
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp salt
