Recipe Ingredients for Banana nut bread

3 ripe bananas
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for Banana nut bread

  1. Mash bananas (very ripe)

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. Grease pan

  4. Add bananas to flour

  5. Beat eggs for 1 min

  6. Add to mix

  7. Add remaining ingred. to mix

  8. Stir together, but don't over mix

  9. Bake 45 to 1 hr

  10. Ingredients can be mixed with food processer
