Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread

  1. Mix all ingredients minus cream cheese with a high speed blender. Pour into a loaf pan and back for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

  2. Allow to cool and spread cream cheese over loaf. Cut into 20 slices 1/2 inch thick or 1 inch thick and cut in half.
