Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread

1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 bananas, mashed and pureed
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread

  1. preheat oven to 350. whisk all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. in a seperate bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients including the sugar. add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.

  3. grease a loaf pan and pour batter into it. bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
