Good bread with dried cranberries and raisins. Using applesauce and whole wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread

3 cup whole wheat flour
4 cup flour
3 1/2 cup sugar
7 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cup banana, mashed
7 eggs
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup skim milk
3 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet ingredients, stir just until moistened. Add cranberries, pecans, and raisins. Stir in. Divide into 12 mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.
