A moist yummy bread that makes a filling breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread

  1. Mash bananas well.

  2. Combine wet ingredients.

  3. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

  4. Stir in chopped walnuts.

  5. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
