0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.31 cup Fat Free Skim Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for banana nut bread

Beat the oil and sugar. Add the eggs and ripe bananas. Sift in a different bowl the flour, baking soda, powder, and salt. Add this to the first mixture along with the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Beat well and then stir in walnuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
