Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread

2/3 cup Shortening
3/4 cup In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
3/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs, Large
1/4 cup Lowfat Buttermilk
2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread

  1. Smash Banana's. Mix Buttermilk & Banana's, set aside.

  2. Cream shortening, Stevia & Sugar; beat well. Add unbeaten-ed eggs one at a time, until blended well. Add banana & milk mixture. Fold in sifted flour. Add in sunflower seeds. Grease & flour pan.

  3. Bake on 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
