Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread (mini loaves)

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp milk
3 bananas
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bread (mini loaves)

  1. Cream sugar and shortening.

  2. Add eggs.

  3. Sift dry ingredients and add to cream mixture.

  4. Add remaining ingredients.

  5. Pour into mini loaf pans.

  6. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until golden brown.
