Recipe Ingredients for banana nut bread with flax

2 cups mashed bananas
6 tablespoons light olive oil
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
1000 g (.5 cup) Greek Yogurt
3 eggs
1 cup oat flour
3/4 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for banana nut bread with flax

  1. mix together banana, yogurt, oil and eggs with an electric mixer at medium speed

  2. add sugars and beat until combined

  3. add flour, flaxseed, and spices together and whisk to combine

  4. add to wet ingredients and mix until blended

  5. spray pan with cooking spray and fill with mixture

  6. bake at 350 for 55 min (depending on the pan you use)
