Banana nut bars from Taste of Home 1999

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Bars

1 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
54 tsp Pure Cane Sugar
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving Salt
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 cup, mashed Bananas
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Bars

Beat Sugar & margarine together, then add one egg at a time. Separate bowl mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl mix bananas and milk. Alternate between dry and bananas adding to the first bowl. Bake in a 15x10x1 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 20-25 mins. Cool on a wire rack.
