Recipe Ingredients for Banana Nut Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup whole wheat pancake mix
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk
1 small banana, sliced
1 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Nut Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients except for half of the banana.

  3. Top the casserole with the remaining banana and bake for 20 minutes.
